Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch was an American actress, comedian and television host. She is most well-known for her character as hostess of Dinner and a Movie (TBS) as well as an environmentalist who is known for her secular humanism and environmental concerns. This showtime comedy special was also created by Annabelle Gulwitch. Gurwitch is a former presenter on TBS Dinner & a Movie will be remembered by viewers on television for her memorable appearances in Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown. Also she hosted the sustainability series WA$TED at The Planet Green Network. Her appearances are regularly on PBS Newhour Real Time, on NPR, and the Hollywood Reporter. Apart from writing op eds she also writes satires that are published in The New Yorker WSJ The Hollywood Reporter. She has been recognized by the media for her performances on stage for The New York Times and Los Angeles Times. Annabelle's insight and humorous perspective on aging within our teen-obsessed society is widely shared.
